Making an oblique reference to his being debarred from the players’ dugout at the Eden Gardens by the ICC Anti Corruption officials, Shah Rukh said in a sms to his Kolkata Knight Rider players that he was still trying to understand the code of conduct expected of him at the matches.

“I am still trying to understand the code of conduct expected of me at the matches of the IPL.... ICC... Etc.... After I understand it, I will decide whether to accept it or not. Till such time, I will be with you guys at the hotel, in the meeting etc., but wont come for the matches,” he said.

Kolkata knight riders may not make it to the finals but they will surely make it the headlines with all the drama .

Couldn’t relate more to the concluding statement fo the article - Kolkata Knight Riders may not make it to the finals but they will surely make it the headlines with all the drama . true, it seems each day and each defeat is bringing forth new controversies surrounding the KR. it’s not unnatural for SRK to lose his cool though. u can’t really blame him. but I never appreciated the way he announed nobody could stop him from visiting his team. a rule is a rule, and SRK should be ready to abide by the rules. if that means he should stay away for some time and take the time to learn the rules, let that be it.

Well I agree with you Anwesha, he can be a little too over the top sometimes but he is passionate about whatever he does. His driven disposition has brought him this far from being any regular student in Delhi University to being the King Khan, such titles often inflate egos and hence such statements, but knowing SRK’s past profile, looks like he will handle the situation well and look like quite the king he is.

I really feel pity for King Khan... I think he was in the news for wrong reasons and i guess he isnt entirely responsible for this. Firstly because those who were associated with him for managing the cricketing affairs should have preached a thing or two about the gentle man’s game called Cricket. Secondly, the unwitting outbursts from SRK was nothing but sheer glimpse of the frustration he was going thru coz of Knight Riders poor show! For the first time may be, he found himself a mute spectator to the defeats and was as helpless as the STUMPS remaining rooted to the ground on a cricket pitch !
kkkkkkkkkkkkkkk( as if kiran in darr)...kya hua Raju?

Even if he is allowed to be in the dug-out, it would hardly make a difference now for his team is already out of the IPL title hunt. SRK is going through a tough phase personally for his Paanchvi pass has also bombed and so has his team but his never say die attitude would sure help him to defeat such demons. As an ardent admirer, I would love to see SRK challenging the odds and conquering them.
