I tried loosing weight by going to gym... it didn’t worked out for me.
Dieting is some thing i really hate :) i love sweets...
So i tried changing my daily lifestyle a bit and believe me it works...
here r few things i changed in my routine...
first have a goal and enjoy your weight loss routine.Make your self time and prepare your mind for the process...
-Wake up early , sleep early
-after brushing teeth in the morning ,first drink 2 glasses of water.
-then have a cup of milk - with out sugar
-then go for a walk or cycling or jog or dance ( 20 min)
-never skip break fast, lunch, dinner
-sweep and wipe( no vacuum cleaner) your room ( if u have time)
-at work place or college - do take the steps , try to be active -rather than sitting in one place, even when talking to friends.

-walk a lot rather than taking other form of transports when ever possible.
-have a water bottle where ever you go and drink water often, eat fruits and vegges when ever you eat out / cut short on friend foods thats not home made.

-if u like to have desserts try making them at home.
-have a healthy light break fast( cereals, idili,bread) heavy lunch(meals) and a light dinner(chapati+veg curry)
-in the evenings try playing badminton,tennis or do gardening , if u don’t have space for that, try doing some dance steps while u watch tv.
-keep walking when u talk over phone.
-don’t sleep after lunch or during day time as much as possible.
so the main thing is if u are not sitting a lot in your couch u can definitely loose weight at a faster pace and without much dieting.
But I am very lazy you know. I’ll walk and work more when I will get fat. Lol.
But, you have forgotten many other things here. Raw onion and garlic have fat-fighting capacity. I take onion daily, I love it with every item.
A plate of fresh salad is very benifitial how far fat reduction is concerned.

yes onion , garlic helps burning fat, i have not written much about dieting here.
