When i completed my B.A literature, i was just keenly looking for all the masters degree courses that i could study.Few of my class mates joined M.A literature, few did diploma in advertising, others opted for public relations, a group of 4 to 5 ,(including me) ventured into mass communication & journalism course.
We had no big idea about the career of this popular area of study at that time.I loved my classes, the film making, print media study, creative analysis all made me feel too good.As a matter of fact i enjoyed the whole experience of learning about the media. We had fun shooting with SLR camera,we even did a video production project, all the editing, dubbing process were so fascinating.Even then i had no big idea of how my career would be after this course on media. But before even i finished my course,I had an offer on a regional channel to do a book review program for 14 weeks! I did that, and then i joined an advertising agency for a 3 months training, now i write for magazines,e-magazines and freelancing apart from writing books.
