Air hostesses are using all means to keep the fat off, because even an extra kilo could get them the sack.The High Court recently upheld the policy of the national airline Indian to ground some of its air hostesses and cabin crew for being overweight. By 3 kg.
Why on earth do we need slim air hostesses?!
Being healthy is different from being slim right?
I wonder why the airline company imposes such rules on the staff.
Again here comes the concept of slim = beauty
Some women become anorexic in their obsession to become slim.
Beauty is being healthy , not being slim or obese.
By the way what is the weight limit for male flight attendants?

The court has taken the right action. Airlines should realize that airhostesses are not glamour dolls belonging to the entertainment industry but mere hospitality crew to ensure safe and comfortable journeys to their passengers. Unjust demands for an ultra slim body will only encourage anorexic tendencies in the poor girls and any airline should be sued for making such demands..

The axe is turing to airhostesses now. After remaining untouched with the trimming down, now they have to trim down virtually. Nevertheless, one can expect soon more beauties on board soon..

This weight problem and the freakish slim program seems to be on the all time high time and for all the wrong reasons. It is just killing people, at times literally and at other times giving rise to an illogical frustrationb for all those who are a litle plum.And specially this slim-trim index is becoming an important term of the agenda list of modern women, come on girls, you dont need to kill your food drives after all, you can still look good while you munch at a pastry or two. And it is a shame that such stupid ideas are even swaying the job oppurtunities, seriously why doesn’t boys need to be slim??

Why only air hostesses what about our police force being overweight ? Should there not be any National policy for that ?
